Ingredients

  • 500 g strawberries
  • 100 g suar
  • 100 ml wine, red, strong
  • 50 ml kirsch
  • Almond (s) (flakes) for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Heat the sugar in a pan until it is golden yellow (not brown). Deglaze with red wine. Heat the washed and de-limed strawberries in it. Pour the slightly warmed kirsch over it and flambé. Serve sprinkled with flaked almonds. Vanilla ice cream goes well with it.
