Ingredients

  • Eggs – 6 pcs. (divided into whites and yolks)
  • Sugar – 1 glass
  • Butter – 300 g
  • Chocolate – 350 g

Directions

  1. Melt the chocolate and butter (in the microwave – 2 minutes). Beat the yolks with sugar until white. Beat the whites with a pinch of salt until peaks. Mix the chocolate mixture with the yolks and sugar. Then gently stir in the proteins.
  2. Put the flourless chocolate cake in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 180 ° C. The middle should tremble. Cool and refrigerate for at least 6 hours. Flourless chocolate cake can be eaten with whipped cream or ice cream.
