Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Grease a springform pan.
  2. Separate the eggs, beat the egg whites until stiff. In another bowl, stir the butter and sugar until frothy, stir in the egg yolks, stir in the flour, pudding powder and baking powder into the mixture. If the dough is too firm, stretch it with milk, it should resemble a batter. Finally fold in the egg whites. Pour the batter into the mold.
