  • 300 g wheat flour
  • 200 ml water, warm
  • 3 tablespoon truffle oil
  • 1 bag / s dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled salt
  • 0.5 ½ teaspoon, leveled sugar
  • oregano
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Mix the warm water with the dry yeast, 2 tablespoons of oil, salt and sugar. Add the wheat flour and use the dough hook of a hand mixer to form a smooth dough. Cover and let the dough rise for an hour.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Spread the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, so that a loaf of bread is about 1 cm high. Spread 1 tablespoon of oil on the loaf and sprinkle with a little salt and oregano. Put the baking sheet in the middle of the oven for about 20 minutes.
  3. Then let it cool down.
