Ingredients
- 500 ml cola
- 3 tablespoon applesauce
- 3 tablespoon plum jam
- 3 tablespoon sugar beet syrup
- 3 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, dark
- 500 ml tomato ketchup

- Reduce the cola to approx. 100 - 125 ml. It is then a bit syrupy.
- Then add the remaining ingredients and bring to the boil for approx. 15 minutes.
- If necessary, season with salt and the other spices. And if the sauce is too thick, add a little water.
