Ingredients

  • 4 slices beef tongue, cooked
  • olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon capers
  • 4 anchovies

For the cream:

  • 250 ml mayonnaise
  • 1 can tuna
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar, darker
  • 1 teaspoon Worcester sauce
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix the ingredients for the cream vigorously with a fork or puree with a hand blender.
  2. Fry the beef tongue briefly and spicy with a little olive oil. Add the capers and fry in the same way.
  3. Place the beef tongue on a plate and pour 2 tablespoons of cream over it. Then arrange with the capers and 1 - 2 anchovies and drizzle some olive oil over them.
  4. Baguette can be served with it if you like.
  5. The crowd is designed as a starter. The recipe is very simple and easy to prepare too.
