Ingredients

  • 6 pork schnitzel
  • 6 pepper (s), 2 red, 2 yellow and 2 green
  • 2 zucchini
  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 2 cups sweet cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 ½ glass mustard, French, grainier
  • some fat for frying
  • salt and pepper
  • Fat for the baking dish

Instructions

  1. Cut the schnitzel into strips. Fry briefly in heated fat in a pan and season with salt and pepper. Clean the peppers and cut into strips. Cut the zucchini and mushrooms into slices.
  2. Put the meat and vegetables in a greased baking dish. Mix the sweet cream, sour cream and mustard together and pour over the meat-vegetable mixture.
  3. Cook in the preheated oven for approx. 30 minutes at 200 ° C.
  4. Serve hot.
