Ingredients

  • 650 ml apple juice, clearer
  • 200 g pineapple, weihed and prepared
  • 350 grams sugar
  • fructose or sorbitol
  • 1 sachet Gelfix, 3:
  • 50 ml schnapps (plum brandy)

Instructions

  1. Put the apple juice and pineapple in a large saucepan. Mix the sweetener with Gelfix Super, then stir into the fruit mass. Bring everything to the boil while stirring over high heat. Cook for at least 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from the hob and stir in the plum brandy.
  2. If necessary, skim the food and immediately fill it to the brim in prepared glasses. Close with screw caps, turn over and let stand on the lid for about 5 minutes. Turn the glasses over as they cool so that the pineapple pieces are evenly distributed.
  3. Makes about 4 glasses.
