Ingredients

  • 500 ml water
  • 500 ml white wine, medium dry
  • 250 ml rum
  • 5 medium egg yolks, fresh
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 2 orange (s), the juice it
  • 300 g suar

Instructions

  1. Mix the eggs with the egg yolks and the sugar in a large saucepan until the mixture is homogeneous. Pour in the white wine and rum and bring to the boil, stirring constantly.
  2. Then add the water and the juice of the two oranges and bring to the boil again while stirring. Enjoy hot with or without the icing! It is important to boil it up several times because the eggs are raw!
