  • 200 g suar
  • 200 g flour
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 liter pudding (vanilla pudding), cold
  • 4 cups sour cream
  • 2 cans apricot (s)
  • 0.5 liter ½ cake glaze, clearer

Instructions

  1. Mix the margarine, sugar, eggs, flour and baking powder into a smooth batter and spread on a deep baking sheet.
  2. Bake at 200 ° C for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Mix the cold pudding with the sour cream and spread on the cake. Place the drained apricots on top with a little space. Then bake the whole thing again at 200 ° C for about 15 minutes.
  4. Prepare the icing according to the instructions and pour over the cooled cake.
