  • Fresh mushrooms – 500 g
  • Sour cream – 400 g
  • Butter – 70 g
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc. (about 50 g)
  • Dill – 1 bunch
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

  1. The preliminary preparation of honey agarics is not difficult: you need to cut off the lower contaminated part of the leg and remove the cuff, if any. But honey agarics need to be washed very carefully, usually there is a lot of forest debris on them.

  2. Boil the washed mushrooms in salted water for 40 minutes while boiling, remove the foam. We put the mushrooms in a colander and rinse thoroughly again.
  3. Dissolve the oil in a frying pan, put mushrooms and fry.
  4. Peel the onion and chop finely. You can use both regular onions and red, purple or white salad onions.
  5. Add the onion to the mushrooms and continue frying until the onion becomes transparent.
  6. Finely chop the dill greens.
  7. The bow has already become soft and transparent, you can proceed to the next steps.
  8. Add sour cream to the mushrooms.
  9. Stir and fry for 2 minutes until the mass becomes homogeneous. Let’s try the ready-made mushrooms with sour cream, add black ground pepper, if necessary – salt.

  12. Put the rest of the dill on top when serving. It is best to eat mushrooms, fried in sour cream, with boiled potatoes.
