Ingredients
- 1 head white cabbage
- 4 tablespoon sesame oil or other vegetable oil
- 2 onions)
- 1 tablespoon cumin powder
- Chilli flakes or chilli pepper
- 1 squirt lemon juice to taste
- salt

- Chop the onions and fry them in a pan with the cumin and chilli. Cut the cabbage into as thin strips as possible and add to the pan. Salt the vegetables and cook over a medium heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring regularly. Season everything at the end with a little lemon juice.
