Frozen Bounty Coconut Cake

Ingredients

500 ml yogurt (coconut yogurt)
5 medium egg whites
60 g protein powder with vanilla or coconut flavor
20 g desiccated coconut
15 g cocoa powder
30 g cream cheese (Philadelphia Milka)
N / A sweetener

Instructions

Process the yogurt with the egg white, the protein powder and half of the desiccated coconut into a homogeneous mass. Add sweetener as needed.
Put half of the mixture in a container.
Mix the remaining half with the cocoa powder and the spread. Now put this on the first half and sprinkle with the remaining desiccated coconut.
Place in the freezer for 3 - 4 hours and then serve.
