Ingredients
For the dough:
- 4 egg (s)
- 4 cup flour
- 2 cup / s sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup juice, (tangerine juice)
- 1 packet baking powder
Also:
- 3 small can Mandarine (s)
- 2 cup desiccated coconut
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 cup sweet cream

- Preheat the Bach oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the mandarins on a sieve to drain, catch the juice.
- Mix the flour, eggs, sugar, oil and tangerine juice into a batter and spread on the baking tray.
- Spread the drained mandarins on the dough.
- Mix the desiccated coconut with the sugar and vanilla sugar and sprinkle evenly over the dough.
