Fruit Smoothie with Ginger

The orange, kiwi, apple, and ginger smoothie is a delicious diet drink, as ginger is an excellent fat burner.

- Peel the kiwi and chop. Peel and core the apple. Cut in any way.
- Place kiwi and apple in a blender bowl. Then peel the ginger root and grate on a fine grater. Add ginger to fruit. Peel the orange and peel.
- Add the orange to the blender bowl and squeeze out about 1 tablespoon. a spoonful of lemon juice. Beat at maximum speed for about 5 minutes.
- Then add milk. Milk can be substituted with natural yogurt or fruit juice. Beat for another 1 minute.
- Fruit smoothie with ginger and milk is ready! It is not only a diet drink but also an excellent remedy for colds.
