Fruit Smoothie with Ginger

The orange, kiwi, apple, and ginger smoothie is a delicious diet drink, as ginger is an excellent fat burner.

Ingredients

  • Sweet apple (large) – 1 pc.
  • Orange – 1 pc.
  • Kiwi – 2 pcs.
  • Milk – 0.5 l
  • Ginger root – 5 g
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp

Directions

  1. Peel the kiwi and chop. Peel and core the apple. Cut in any way.
  2. Place kiwi and apple in a blender bowl. Then peel the ginger root and grate on a fine grater. Add ginger to fruit. Peel the orange and peel.
  3. Add the orange to the blender bowl and squeeze out about 1 tablespoon. a spoonful of lemon juice. Beat at maximum speed for about 5 minutes.
  4. Then add milk. Milk can be substituted with natural yogurt or fruit juice. Beat for another 1 minute.
  5. Fruit smoothie with ginger and milk is ready! It is not only a diet drink but also an excellent remedy for colds.
