Ingredients

  • 0.5 ½ orange (s) or orange
  • 0.25 ¼ lemon (n)
  • 1 slice (s) ginger, peeled
  • 1 carrot (s)
  • 0.25 ¼ apple
  • 1 lettuce leaf (lettuce, lamb`s lettuce or similar), alternatively lettuce hearts
  • 0.25 ¼ banana (s)
  • 150 ml water
  • 50 ml buttermilk

Instructions

  1. Cut the pieces into small pieces and peel them beforehand, depending on the vegetables or fruit. Add water and buttermilk and mix everything in a blender or smoothie maker until creamy.
  2. Depending on the mixer or smoothie maker, you can proceed in two steps and add the buttermilk and lettuce leaves in the second step.
