- 1 large orange (s), (blood orange)
- 1 teaspoon, leveled ginger root
- 50 g radicchio, red
- 1 apple, your choice
- 20 ml lemon juice
- 100 ml water
- 1 pinch sea salt and acacia honey

- Peel the blood orange and pre-shred it, suitable for use with a mixer. Wash the radicchio. Wash the ginger root. If you have organically certified goods, you don`t need to peel. Pre-chop the apple (variety according to taste and availability) suitable for a mixer.
