Ingredients

  • 50 g mararine
  • 125 g suar
  • 1 medium egg (s)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking powder
  • 50 g flour (whole wheat flour)
  • 175 g oat flakes, preferably crunchy
  • 125 g fruits, dried (e.. fis, apricots, raisins, cranberries)
  • 2 tablespoon sesame seeds, white
  • Cinnamon or vanilla

Instructions

  1. Mix the margarine with the sugar in a bowl until the sugar has almost dissolved. Add the egg and beat until creamy. Mix whole wheat flour, salt and baking powder, stir into the butter-sugar mixture. Finally mix in the oat flakes, dried fruits and sesame seeds well so that a lumpy dough is formed. If you want, you can add cinnamon or vanilla to the dough.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Meanwhile, line two baking sheets with parchment paper and place small piles of dough on top of them. Press the biscuits lightly with a damp tablespoon. Bake light brown in 15 minutes.
  3. The biscuits will keep for about 2 weeks in an airtight jar.
  4. The cookies are made super fast, very tasty and nice and crispy. You can vary them with different dried fruits and flavors. Another variant is coconut flakes instead of sesame and dried pineapple.
