Ingredients
- 250 g butter or mararine
- 200 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 4 egg (s)
- 3 drops bitter almond flavor
- 300 g wheat flour
- 2 teaspoons, leveled baking powder
- 5 tablespoon rum
- 200 g hazelnuts, round
- 450 g peach (s) (or apricots, can), drained
- Fat for the shape
- Icing sugar for dusting

- Beat the eggs with butter and sugar until frothy. Then work with the remaining ingredients - except for the peaches - into a dough. Fill half of it into a greased baking pan. Make a depression in the middle of the dough lengthways with a tablespoon. Cut the drained peaches (or other fruit) into slices and place in the recess. Press down lightly. Spread the rest of the batter over it.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° C (top / bottom heat: 200 ° C) for approx. 65 minutes.
- Finally dust with powdered sugar.
