Ingredients

  • 250 g butter or mararine
  • 200 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 3 drops bitter almond flavor
  • 300 g wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoons, leveled baking powder
  • 5 tablespoon rum
  • 200 g hazelnuts, round
  • 450 g peach (s) (or apricots, can), drained
  • Fat for the shape
  • Icing sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs with butter and sugar until frothy. Then work with the remaining ingredients - except for the peaches - into a dough. Fill half of it into a greased baking pan. Make a depression in the middle of the dough lengthways with a tablespoon. Cut the drained peaches (or other fruit) into slices and place in the recess. Press down lightly. Spread the rest of the batter over it.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° C (top / bottom heat: 200 ° C) for approx. 65 minutes.
  3. Finally dust with powdered sugar.
