- 180 ml orange juice
- 180 ml juice, (multivitamin juice)
- 130 g suar
- 0.5 tablespoon ½ cornstarch
- 250 g cream quark
- 1 cup sweet cream
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 pack cream stabilizer

- Pour the juices into a saucepan and bring to a boil. The 80 g. Stir in sugar and some juice, whisked cornstarch, and bring to the boil briefly.
- Then let it cool down.
- Mix the quark with the remaining 50 g sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped cream with vanilla sugar and whipped cream.
- Alternate the quark cream and the cold fruit sauce in a bowl.
- You can also prepare the dessert the day before and then leave it in the fridge overnight.
