First you preheat the oven to approx. 80 ° C and prepare several ovenproof plates.
Then you put the bacon strips and some butter in the cold pan and turn the stove on the second highest level. As soon as the bacon is done, it goes into the oven and you put the bangers directly in the same pan and then also in the oven.
Now fry the ham, also using the melted fat from the previous meal. Then also put in the oven and the mushrooms in the hot pan. Season a little with salt, pepper and lemon juice and keep warm in the oven. At the same time, heat the beans in a saucepan.
Now halve the tomatoes, sprinkle with salt and pepper and fry in the pan. Place in the oven to infuse and keep warm.
Now you can prepare the toast. At the same time cut the black and white puddings into approx. 1 cm thick slices and fry them in the pan with a little butter (or fat from the bacon) until they look nice and shiny on both sides. Then keep warm in the oven as well.
Finally prepare the eggs as fried eggs and arrange everything on plates. Brush the toasts with salty butter, sprinkle with some bitter orange jam and top with black pudding.
Serve with freshly squeezed orange juice and Irish coffee.
The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
