- 30 clove (s) garlic, approx. 3 bulbs
- 3 lemon (s), organic
- 3 tablespoon honey, possibly more
- 1 liter water

- Peel the toes, but do not remove the germs. Wash the lemons, cut them into small pieces and put everything in a mixing bowl.
- Bring the water to the boil, add a little of it to the garlic-lemon mixture and puree to a pulp. Add the mixture to the rest of the water and bring to the boil. Filter roughly through a tea towel. Cool down to 40 ° C. Stir in the honey and fill it.
