Ingredients

  • 4 bulbs garlic, fresher
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the garlic cloves and fry them in the butter until soft. Then puree in the blender and season with salt and pepper. Mix the paste with the oil and pour into glasses. Makes about 200 g. Now cover the paste with a thin layer of olive oil, close and cool well.
  2. Excellent as a sauce for various meat and pasta dishes and as a condiment for a wide variety of dishes. Also ideal as a marinade for grilled food. Dab lightly before grilling, otherwise the paste will burn.
  3. Shelf life about 2-3 months. After removal, you should again put a thin layer of oil on it.
