Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic, grated
  • 2 shallot (s) or 1 onion, finely diced
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped Café de Paris (spice)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ chilli powder (pimento d´Espelette)
  • 2 tablespoon herbs, TK 8 herb mixture
  • 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon harissa
  • 500 ml Miracel Whip, light
  • 200 ml coffee cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and stir. Let it steep in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours (you can prepare it the day before). If necessary, season with salt and pepper before use.
