Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and then bake the calamari rings for about 15-20 minutes. Turn the rings occasionally so that they are crispy brown on both sides.
  2. Wash and dry the rocket, tomatoes, peppers and cucumber thoroughly.
  3. Put the rocket in a bowl, chop the vegetables, dice the feta cheese and add. Then pour some olive oil over it. But you can also use dressing or other oils. If you like, you can also add balsamic vinegar.
  4. Take the baked calamari out of the oven and garnish nicely with the salad on a plate or a platter for 2.
  5. Tip: A garlic sauce is particularly suitable as a dip for the calamari.
