Ingredients
- 1 box rocket or 2 bunches
- 1 can tangerine (s)
- 4 tablespoon mustard, sweeter
- 50 g pine nuts
- some cream
- salt and pepper

- Sort the rocket, wash and dry. Drain the mandarins. Roast the pine nuts dry in a non-stick pan. Mix the sweet mustard with a little cream to make a dressing and season with salt and pepper.
- Fold the mandarins into the rocket, sprinkle roasted pine nuts over the salad before serving and drizzle the sauce over them.
