  • Salt water
  • 125 g bacon cubes
  • 200 g Gouda
  • 1 tablespoon, heaped herb cream cheese
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic

Instructions

  1. Pre-cook 3 medium-sized potatoes in salted water for about 20-25 minutes, they must be soft. Then cut the potatoes in half and scoop out with a spoon, put the potato mixture in a bowl.
  2. Fry the cubes of bacon until crispy, also cut the small onion into cubes and finally add to the pan. Chop the garlic and add it too.
  3. Then put everything in the bowl with the potato mixture, including the fat. Stir well, that`s great with a fork. A few crumbs of potatoes are perfectly fine. Fold in the herbal cream cheese and approx. 100 g Gouda cheese.
  4. Line a baking sheet or wire rack with baking paper, fill the hollowed-out potatoes with the mixture, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake at 180 ° C for about 13-15 minutes.
  5. If you like it spicier, you can also chop and fold in a chilli pepper. That is also delicious, but more a matter of taste!
