  • Water – 1 Glass

  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Grind the flaxseed in a coffee grinder.
  3. Add a little water to swell the flaxseed and let it sit for a minute.
  4. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon, peel the ginger and orange. Then grind all ingredients in a blender.
