- 5 beef sausages
- 7 slices bacon
- 20 toothpicks
- 150 g suar, brown
- 1 ½ tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 0.75 teaspoon ¾ black pepper
- 1 ½ tablespoon mustard, dark and grainy

- First quarter the beef sausages and third the bacon.
- Wrap the 20 pieces of sausage each with a third strip of bacon and skewer with a toothpick.
- Put sugar, vinegar, pepper and mustard together in a small saucepan and let the sugar melt over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

- Bake at 190 ° C fan oven for about 10 minutes, take out again to coat the sausages with the remaining glaze and then put them back in the oven for 5 minutes.
- Then let it cool down, lift it off the grid every now and then to prevent it from sticking, and then serve.
