Ingredients

  • 1 kg gnocchi, ready-made or homemade
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 130 g Goronzola
  • 50 g cheese, (Alläu Emmentaler)
  • 50 g parmesan or pecorino cheese
  • 50 g mozzarella
  • 100 ml whipped cream or cremefine
  • Salt and pepper, pepper
  • Herbs (parsley, chives, basil)

Instructions

  1. Cook the gnocchi according to the instructions on the packet and drain, keep the homemade gnocchi warm.
  2. Finely dice the Gorgonzola, Emmental and mozzarella, coarsely grate the Parmesan.
  3. Slightly heat the olive oil in a small pan, add the cheese to the pan over a medium heat, reduce the heat again. Let the cheese melt for a few seconds, then immediately add the cream and gently simmer the sauce for about 8 minutes, stirring constantly. When the cheese is completely melted, season with salt and pepper and mix with the gnocchi.
  4. This goes well with green salad and ciabatta bread.
  5. If you like, you can sprinkle the arranged plates with chopped herbs.
