Ingredients
- Pizza dough, fresher, for a baking sheet
- 1 glass tomato sauce with basil (about 400 ml)
- some pizza seasoning
- 50 g Goronzola, crumbled
- 100 g cheese, (Comté, alternatively Emmentaler)
- 1 scoop mozzarella, drained
- 125 g cheese, (Gouda)

- Place the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Spread the tomato sauce on top and sprinkle the pizza spice over it. Grate the Gouda and Comté, mix with the Gorgonzola and sprinkle evenly on the tomato sauce. Cut the mozzarella into thin slices and spread on top. Bake the pizza for 30-40 minutes at 180 ° C.
