Ingredients

  • 1 egg (s), hard-boiled
  • 1 can tuna, in oil
  • 1 ciabatta approx. 200 g
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed through
  • 50 g mayonnaise, for salad
  • 3 medium tomato (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 40 g olives, black without stone, sliced
  • 0.5 ½ pack cheese, grated, e.g., Middle Gouda
  • salt and pepper
  • Creme fraiche Cheese

Instructions

  1. Cut the egg into slices. Drain the tuna. Halve the ciabatta long and cut each half into 4 triangles.
  2. Mix the crème fraîche with mayonnaise and garlic and brush the ciabatta triangles with it.
  3. Eight the tomatoes and cut the onion into wafer-thin slices. Top the ciabatta with tuna, egg slices, tomatoes, onions and olives. Sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Bake in the oven at 200 ° for 10-12 minutes.
