Ingredients

  • 20 slices ciabatta
  • 400 g cheese, Gouda or Emmentaler in one piece
  • 75 g pesto, reen (lass)

Instructions

  1. Spread the ciabatta slices on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  2. Grate the cheese and spread it in small heaps on each ciabatta.
  3. In the oven at 250 degrees for about 5 minutes until the cheese turns brown.
  4. When the ciabattas are ready, spread some pesto on each slice and serve warm immediately.
