Ingredients

  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 50 g parmesan, freshly rated
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 300 ml milk
  • 200 g cream
  • 3 tablespoon capers
  • 800 g nocchi from the refrierated shelf
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the spring onions and cut into rings.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan. Fry the mince in it until crumbly, then season with salt and pepper. Add the spring onions and fry for about 5 minutes. Dust the flour over it and sweat briefly, then deglaze with milk and cream. Add the capers and let everything simmer for about 5 minutes. Stir in half of the parmesan and season the sauce with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a second pan. Fry the gnocchi in it for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Arrange the gnocchi with the sauce and the rest of the parmesan.
