Ingredients

  • 150 g oat cream cheese, milder, room temperature
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 120 g milk
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 pinch (s) vanilla pulp
  • 120 ml red wine
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 100 g strawberries

Instructions

  1. Mix the goat cheese, sugar, milk, egg yolks and vanilla with the mixer to a smooth, liquid mixture. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C (convection).
  2. Pour the cream into 4 ovenproof bowls. These should be about half full. Place in a deep baking sheet in the oven and cover the bowls with aluminum foil. Pour warm water into the baking sheet. The water should reach about halfway through the bowls.
  3. Now cook everything for 20-25 minutes. Let cool before serving. I made the cream the day before and kept it in the fridge.
  4. Bring red wine and sugar to the boil in a non-stick pan and simmer until the liquid has solidified and is reduced by half. Allow to cool slightly.
  5. Quarter the strawberries and add them to the syrup. Let it steep for a few minutes and serve lukewarm with the goat cream cheese.
