- 300 g wheat flour, whole rain
- 200 g rye flour
- 55 g oatmeal
- 200 g walnuts
- 60 g pumpkin seeds
- 40 g sunflower seeds
- 440 ml water
- 21 g yeast, fresh
- 15 g salt

- Put all ingredients except for the water and the yeast in a bowl and mix well. Crumble the yeast in another bowl and dissolve it with the water so that there are no more lumps.
- Add the yeast water to the flour mixture and knead well. I always use the food processor, but the dough hook on the mixer can also be used. Cover and let rise for an hour.
- Grease a large loaf pan well and pour in the batter. Spread smoothly and cover again and let rise for an hour. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 - 180 ° C (top / bottom heat) for 50 minutes.
