Ingredients
- 500 g pasta, ideally riatoni
- 1 cup cream
- 90 g tomato paste
- 100 ml water
- 0.5 ½ ring / s meat sausage
- 1 onion (s)
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- salt and pepper

- This recipe comes from my great-grandmother, it`s very easy, quick, and cheap, but above all, super tasty!
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
- Dice the onion. Cut the meat sausage into 1 cm cubes.
- Sauté the onion in a saucepan with a little oil until translucent. Add tomato paste, cream and water. Season the sauce with 1-2 tablespoons of sugar, it should taste slightly sweet. Season with salt, if necessary, and pepper. Add sausage cubes.
- Put the drained pasta in the saucepan and stir.
