  • 80 ml whipped cream
  • Lemon (s) - zest, grated
  • 6 g potash
  • 130 g almond (s), rated
  • Ground cinnamon and cloves

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and knead into a smooth dough. It will take a while, but be patient, it will be fine.
  2. I always warm the syrup a little, then it is not quite as sticky and it is easier to portion.
  3. The dough can now rest, preferably covered at room temperature. But you can also bake the dough directly.
  4. To do this, roll out thinly in portions between foil and then cut out shapes. Place the pepper nuts on a tray and bake in a preheated oven at 125 ° C for 25 to 35 minutes. They darken in the oven and the baking time depends on the desired result. Personally, I prefer them a little darker, then they are also crispier.
  5. The dough makes about 5-6 trays, depending on the size of the biscuit
