Ingredients
- 1 large cucumber (s), thinly sliced
- 0.5 ½ bunch dill, chopped
- 1 teaspoon oil
- salt
- sugar
- lemon juice
- 6 medium potato (s), floury boiling
- 2 spring onions, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- possibly bacon, diced

- Prepare a cucumber salad from the cucumber, dill, salt, pepper, lemon juice and oil, season to taste and let it steep.
- Boil the potatoes into boiled potatoes, drain, but save some of the cooking water. Fry the spring onions briefly in a little oil.
- Prepare a mashed potato from the potatoes, spring onions, olive oil and, if necessary, some of the cooking water and, if you like, the bacon, add salt to taste.
- Arrange the mash in a ring and place the cucumber salad in the middle.
- A great dish on hot days.
