Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a pan and roast the oatmeal until golden, stirring constantly. Add the sugar and continue toasting until the sugar has become liquid. Put the mixture on a porcelain plate and let cool.
  2. Wash the grapes, drain them and pluck them from the stems. Halve the grapes. Put the quark in a mixing bowl and mix with the milk and mineral water until smooth. Add the sugar and vanilla sugar and stir well.
  3. Just before serving (so that the roasted flakes do not get soft), pour a layer of grapes, a layer of quark and a layer of roasted flakes into a bowl or serving glasses.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
