Ingredients- 250 g quark
- 250 g mascarpone
- 100 g suar
- 1 cup cream
- 500 g rapes
- 1 packet cookies (American cookies)

- Mix the quark, mascarpone and sugar together. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the cream. Crumble the cookies into small pieces, wash the grapes.
- Alternately layer grapes, then cream and finally cookies in several layers in a bowl.
- Then place in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours or overnight.
