Ingredients

  • 1 kg fruit, mixed but not citrus
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon (s) - zest, grated
  • 2 tablespoon orange liqueur

Instructions

  1. Depending on the variety, peel or wash the fruit (e.g. pear, apple, blue grapes, mango and frozen raspberries), remove from the stone or core, cut larger fruits into small pieces or narrow slices. Mix everything together and drizzle with the lemon juice.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Separate the eggs. Mix egg yolks with sugar, vanilla sugar, lemon zest and orange liqueur until smooth. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the egg yolk cream. Pour the fruit salad into a flat ovenproof dish, pour the liqueur foam over it. Gratinate in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle with grated lemon zest if you like.
