Ingredients
- 750 g fruits (forest fruits, frozen)
- 500 g powdered suar
- 100 ml lemon juice
- 250 ml water
- 750 ml vodka

- Dissolve the powdered sugar in the water. Thaw the forest fruits and puree them with the water. Then mix with the other ingredients in a large bowl. Now pass the whole thing through a sieve and fill into suitable prepared bottles.
- As far as the shelf life is concerned, the liqueur lasts up to six months with us, then it is usually drunk with us!
