Ingredients

  • 400 ml cream
  • 3 tablespoon, heaped sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 3 sheets gelatin, white
  • Water, cold for soaking
  • 150 g fruits (forest fruits, frozen)
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), add the juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon peel

Instructions

  1. Put the cream in a saucepan and bring to the boil together with 1 tablespoon of sugar, the vanilla sugar and the lemon zest. In the meantime, soak 2/3 of the gelatine in cold water.
  2. Squeeze out the gelatine and add it to the cream. Let dissolve while stirring and remove the saucepan from the stove. Pour the cream into dessert glasses, chill in the refrigerator and let set.
  3. Briefly bring the forest berries to the boil with a little water, the remaining sugar and the lemon juice. Soak the remaining gelatine in cold water, squeeze it out, add it to the fruit and let it dissolve. Let cool down a little, pour over the panna cotta and divide between the glasses, chill again.
