  • 3 tomato (s)
  • 150 g cheese (Gouda), diced
  • 5 rolls

  • 250 g cheese (Gouda), sliced

Instructions

  1. Mix the minced meat well with the egg, chopped onion, pepper, salt, tomato paste and Gouda cheese. Season heartily.
  2. Halve the rolls, spread the mixture on them, bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° for about 10 minutes. Cut the tomatoes into slices, place on the rolls, place Gouda slices over them and bake for another 2 - 3 minutes.
