Ingredients

  • 500 g jacket potato (s)
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 large onions
  • some fat, for frying and greasing the pan
  • 200 g processed cheese with herbs
  • 50 g herb butter
  • 100 g spinach leaves, frozen
  • salt and pepper
  • 150 g whipped cream
  • 250 g cheese (peeled Edam cheese)
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat in the pan; Roughly chop the two onions and add. Then cook for about 10 minutes with the lid closed until the onions are translucent. In the meantime, cut the jacket potatoes into slices and place them in a greased baking dish so that the base is covered. Season the onion minced meat mixture with salt, pepper and paprika. Stir in leaf spinach, herb butter and processed cheese. Simmer again for about 5 minutes until the spinach has thawed. Finally stir in the cream. Pour the whole thing into the baking dish with the potatoes and sprinkle with the cheese. Baked in a preheated convection oven at approx. 175 ° C for approx. 15 minutes.
