Ingredients

  • 240 g turkey schnitzel
  • 2 spring onion (s)
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs, (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon cream
  • 1 slice / s cheese, Gouda, reduced fat (e.g. you are allowed)

Instructions

  1. Wash the meat, clean the spring onions and cut both into strips.
  2. Wash the tomatoes, clean the mushrooms and cut both into slices.
