  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 60 g butter, or mararine
  • 150 ml white wine or vegetable stock
  • parsley

Instructions

  1. Season the salmon fillets with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Drizzle with lemon juice and let it steep for 10 minutes.
  2. Put the olive oil in a baking dish and place the salmon fillets in it. Sprinkle the fish fillets with breadcrumbs and sprinkle the butter on top. Pour white wine or vegetable stock and cook the fish in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 25 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley.
  3. This goes well with potatoes or risotto and a fresh salad.
