Ingredients

  • 450 g spinach leaves (frozen)
  • salt and pepper
  • 250 ml milk
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 2 ½ tablespoon sauce thickener (roux, light)
  • some garlic powder
  • 1 pack dumplings (mini dumplings)
  • 1 packet mozzarella
  • 125 g ham cubes
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Thaw the spinach leaves in a saucepan or in the microwave. Season with salt and pepper vigorously. Bring the milk to the boil, add the processed cheese and stir until smooth. Stir in the roux and cook for 1 minute. Season to taste with salt, pepper and garlic.
  2. Then put the spinach and the uncooked mini dumplings in a greased baking dish. Cut the mozzarella into slices and spread over the mini dumplings.
  3. Now the cheese sauce is poured over it and finally the ham cubes are sprinkled over the whole mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C (convection: 175 ° C) for approx. 30 minutes.
