  • Frozen dumplings – 800 g
  • Cream – 250 g
  • Eggs – 4 pcs.
  • Tomatoes – 2 pcs.
  • Hard cheese – 150 g
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Garlic – 3 cloves
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Vegetable oil – how much will it take
  • Dry Italian herbs – to taste

  1. Cut the onion and garlic into feathers. Cut the tomatoes into slices. In a bowl, combine the cream and eggs, add salt and pepper.

  2. Grease a baking dish generously with vegetable oil. Place the frozen dumplings in a mold (do not defrost the dumplings!).

  3. Pour onion and garlic on the dumplings, put the tomatoes on top. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and herbs. Fill with fill.
  4. Cover with foil and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, bake for 30 minutes. Then remove the foil, cook the dumplings casserole for another 20 minutes.
  5. Then sprinkle with grated cheese and send the dumplings casserole to the oven for another 5-7 minutes.
